Formic acid is a prime ingredient in limescale removers for household, industrial and naval applications. It effectively removes mineral scale build-up without introducing impurities nor burdening local water purification stations.

It is currently produced from fossil sources but can be efficiently produced from recycled CO₂ with our electrochemical technology.
